Pathfinder International, through its women-led innovation platform Women&Co, seeks a technical partner (“the Consultant”) to lead the climate methodology, community data system, technical facilitation and evidence synthesis for the Next-Gen Climate Cooperative (NCC) pilot in Jigawa State, from November 2026 to June 2027. NCC is a women-led climate resilience initiative working at the intersection of climate, health and leadership. It positions women as climate data collectors, entrepreneurs and advisors to government rather than as beneficiaries.
