Ogwashi-Ukwu Carnival is annual event held organize by ogwashi-uku community in order to promote the heritage of the kingdom through culture and dance; therefore contributing immensely to the general interest of our kingdom.

Uplifting Women Through Farming (UWTF) is a non governmental organization in ogwashi-uku that empowers women and youths for economic growth through the means of agriculture.

The Integral Motivational Foundation aims at fostering the learning and reading culture in the educational system as well as developing the skills and abilities of children and young people towards nation building.
