This local government area was crated to bring the dividend of democracy closer to the people of the grassroots level of the government hence ensuring that policies and plans of government are properly implemented. And to intimate the people at the grassroots level with policies and orders of government with the vision of implementing rapid growth and development of the Local Government in all ramifications.
