Isu Local Government Area

Oru East LGA is one of the Local Government Areas in Imo State domiciled at the town of Omuma with the districts of Akatta, Akuma/Amagu, Amiri, Ofekatai, Omuma, Eziawo, and Awo - Omama and each is made up of many autonomous communities making up the LGA.

Owerri West LGA is a local government area in Imo State with its headquarters in the town of Umuguma with the districts of Avu, Nekede, Ihiagwa, Obinze, Umunwoha, Okukuv (Obogwu), Okolochi, Eziobodo and Oforola.

Ohaji-Egbema LGA is headquartered in the town of Mmahu-Egbema consisting the districts of Nwari-Agwa, Egbema, Ohoba, Assa, Obile, Umuokanne, Awara-Ikwerede, Mgbirichi, Umuopu & more and each of the districts further consists of its communities.

Isiala Mbano LGA administrative centre is in the town of Umuelemai with the districts of Umuduru, Osu-Owerre, Asu-ama, Umosu, Amausari, Amaraku, Obollo, Umunkwo, Ogbor, Uguri, Ibeme, and Oka with other autonomous communities and clans.

Nwangele LGA serves as one of the existing 27 Local Government Councils of Imo State domiciled in the town of Amaigbo consisting the districts of Abbe, Isu, Umuozu and Abajah, each comprising of numerous autonomous communities making up the LGA.
