Business eligibility
Finelib Verified status and an active website are required for eligible business matching. Local market knowledge may support verification.
Your responsibilities
Businesses are responsible for accurate Quotes or Offers, product inspection, final negotiations, payment, delivery and fulfillment. Finelib does not process settlement.
Buyer and seller role-boundary agreements will be mandatory during onboarding.

Finelib Verified status, an active website, and explicit acceptance of Finelib’s lead-matching role will be required. Registration is not connected yet.
Buyer Protection Alert: Verify providers independently and inspect goods or premises where practicable before paying. Finelib Verified is not a guarantee. Negotiation, payment, delivery and settlement take place directly between buyer and seller; Finelib does not process transactions.How business participation is intended to work
Finelib Match is designed to connect relevant buyer requirements to eligible sellers and service providers. Participating businesses will need to maintain accurate information and respond to enquiries with clear, comparable Quotes or Offers.

Preparing a useful Quote or Offer
Explain what is included, applicable specifications, delivery or service coverage, estimated timing, terms and any exclusions. Buyers should be able to compare offers without guessing about scope.
Responsibilities and agreements
Both buyers and businesses must accept the applicable role boundaries during onboarding. Finelib provides matching and introductions; businesses remain responsible for negotiation, payment arrangements, delivery, fulfilment and settlement.
Business registration and lead routing are not yet operational in this design preview.
