The 21st Edition of the South African Cheese Festival will occur on the 1st – 30th of September 2024 at Sandringham Estate, Stellenbosch, South Africa.

The festival offers a range of fancy cheese varieties to taste. The nearby handcrafted wines and beers will complement the dishes nicely. From unique and bold flavors to classic and creamy types, there's something for every taste bud.

History of the South African Cheese Festival
South African Cheese Festival is one of the country's longest-running and most popular annual events. The event began in 1994 to celebrate South Africa's rich heritage of cheese production and appreciation.

Since then, it has grown from its humble beginnings to become a beloved national pastime for South Africans and international visitors. From farmers sharing their handmade cheeses to cheese makers showcasing new creations, the festival offers something for everyone who loves cheese.
