The 16th edition of Cape Town Carnival will feature some of the best performers and
artists and will be held on 21st March 2026, at the Green Point Fan Walk, Cape Town.
The carnival is organized by the event production team, which comprises costume designers, producers, float builders, choreographers, and many other volunteers who wish to help create a spectacular celebration.
The carnival will feature many activities, ranging from celebrating diversity and promoting economic development and tourism to fostering social harmony and facilitating training and development among African youths.
Cape Town Carnival features many participating and performing groups across the peninsula that thrill visitors with holistic art-based programs that help youths develop skills in singing, drama, and dance.
The carnival will create a platform for people to make new friends and business contacts they might not have otherwise.
The event is organized by a non-profit trust team with the aim of staging a world-class carnival that will not only thrill people with amazing performances but also create jobs and bring many benefits to people in South Africa.
There are many performances to keep the spectators entertained, ranging from the parade to heroic firefighters to beautiful women rubbing baby oil on muscular men.
