Finelib Affiliate Program: Terms and Conditions

These terms are an agreement between you and FineLib Technologies Ltd ("Finelib", "we"). You must accept them to join, and again whenever we update them. We record the version, date, time and IP address of each acceptance.

The key points
  • You are not employed by Finelib. You are an independent affiliate. You are not Finelib staff, an agent or a representative.
  • Never collect cash or any payment from clients. Every client must register, sign up and pay only on finelib.com.
  • Earn 30% of each paid listing you refer, and again on yearly renewals while your account is active.
  • Cheating the program (fake clicks, cookie stuffing, self-referrals, fake accounts, spam, brand bidding, posing as Finelib) leads to suspension or closure and loss of unpaid commission.

11. Prohibited practices (affiliate abuse)

The following are not allowed. Each one is a serious breach of these terms.

  1. Collecting money: taking cash or any payment from clients, or asking them to pay anyone other than Finelib.
  2. Impersonation: claiming to be Finelib staff, an agent or representative; creating websites, pages, WhatsApp groups or social accounts that look like official Finelib ones.
  3. Cookie stuffing and forced clicks: loading your link in hidden frames, images, pop-ups or redirects, or any method that tracks a visitor who did not knowingly click your link.
  4. Click fraud: fake or automated clicks, bots, click farms, or asking people to click without real interest.
  5. Incentivised clicks or sign-ups: offering money, airtime, gifts or rewards for clicking your link or signing up, unless Finelib approves it in writing.
  6. Self-referral and collusion: buying through your own link or code, or arranging purchases by family, friends or other affiliates in order to earn commission, including purchase-and-refund schemes.
  7. Fake or duplicate accounts: more than one affiliate account per person, accounts in other people's names, or several affiliates sharing one bank account.
  8. Fake businesses or stolen details: registering businesses that do not exist, or using someone's details without their permission.
  9. Brand bidding and typosquatting: bidding on "Finelib" or misspellings in Google, Facebook or other paid adverts; registering domains or usernames that contain "Finelib" or look like it.
  10. Attribution hijacking: using browser extensions, toolbars or apps to insert your link, or persuading clients introduced by another affiliate to switch to your code.
  11. Spam: unsolicited bulk SMS, email or WhatsApp messages, adding people to groups without permission, or posting where promotion is not allowed.
  12. Misleading claims: false statements about Finelib, its packages, prices, results or this program, including promising guaranteed income to recruit others.
  13. Unauthorised discounts or changes: creating your own offers, prices or bundles, or editing Finelib banners to say something different.
  14. Misusing client data: sharing, selling or using client information for anything other than helping them with Finelib.
  15. Prohibited places: promoting Finelib on adult, gambling, hateful, illegal or misleading websites or groups.

12. Monitoring

To protect clients and honest affiliates, we monitor activity on the program, including clicks, IP addresses, browser information, timing, sales, refunds, shared bank accounts and the details of referred customers. Hidden or automated clicks and repeated clicks from the same visitor within 24 hours are not counted. We may contact you or your clients to verify a sale.

13. If you break these terms

Depending on how serious the breach is, we may do any of the following, without notice:

14. No targets or territories

There are no sales quotas and no exclusive territories. You may refer businesses anywhere in Nigeria. Earnings depend on your own effort and are not guaranteed.

15. Ending the agreement

You may leave at any time by messaging us on WhatsApp or emailing [email protected]. We may suspend or close an account at any time. When an account is closed for any reason, its links stop tracking and renewal commission stops, including renewals made later. If the closure is not for fraud or breach, approved commission above the minimum is paid in the next cycle.

16. Your data

We store your contact details, bank details, acceptance records and referral activity to run the program, prevent abuse and pay you, in line with the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023. We do not sell your data.

17. General

Our liability to you is limited to commission properly due under these terms. If any part of these terms cannot be enforced, the rest still applies. These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria.
