Real Estate and Construction (Recon) Expo

The annual Real Estate and Construction (Recon) Expo is billed as the region's largest gathering of the housing, construction, and environmental industry.

RECON Expo just concluded edition took place from 25th - 27th of October, 2022 at Abuja Trade and Convention Centre, Km 8 Umaru Musa Yar'adua Expressway Abuja, Nigeria.

It is organized by Shelter Aid Organization, West African Ceramics Ltd (Royal Ceramics), and Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI) with the support of private sector organizations and a host of government bodies.

The event started in 2016 and was previously known as Abuja Investment Expo since participants have been demanding to know the industry it directs to.

About the Exhibitions:

Recon Expo 2022 is designed to provide economic advancement and development in the housing, construction, and environmental sectors of the country's economy.

At this event, participants will gain the opportunity to meet and network with more than 250 exhibitors and over 400,000 other participants from across African countries. 

Features of the event will include exhibitions and conferences on housing and construction; building materials and lighting; furniture; lands, urban planning, and safe environment; fittings and appliances among others.

Who to attend:

This exhibition welcomes all real estate developers, builders, equipment\material suppliers, financiers/lenders; professionals, and other industry practitioners.
