Polo is popularly known as 'the game of kings' because it is a game originally designed to train elites and guards to the king to gain skills for maximum protection.

The Ibadan Polo Club has more than a hundred memebers, and has hosted over 25 tournaments as well as winning more than 15 awards.

The Ibadan polo club is an outdoor recreational center open for visit from families, individuals, clubs, etc who wish to play or watch and enjoy themselves.
