My experience as a First timer was awful, except for good Old security man at the door , the front desk is off at all, i cant believe the man told me I'm a First timer,yet instructed me to get my vitals checked and go to a certain room without direction.

Didnt get a good first impression but the Hospital keeps getting better over time. The most impressive is the recent implementation of a full automated system to ease operations and acquiring more competent hands. I predict great things ahead...kudos.

I was admitted at R-Jolad at about 1pm after the initial drip administered by a nurse. Since that time till the following morning no body came to check on my health issue. No nurse, no doctor, no food. Nobody cares how I feel healthwise.

My time was just wasted. My follow up appointment was the last straw. I had a 12 o'clock appointment, of which I came 30 mins earlier. 2 pm, nothing happened. Had to ask for refunds. Rude front desk officials. The two doctors I met were great though.
