We are selling tanker. Take over transaction procedure 100KMT Ago of Russian Origin @280/10:

1. The Buyer reviews seller's procedure and request for contract (Please upon signing seller's procedure should remain unchanged).

2. Seller issues: Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) and Buyer Signs and returns SPA with NOR/ANNOUNCEMENT/ATB FORMATS.

3. Buyer’s bank requests for proof of product (POP) from seller’s bank via email.

4. Seller’s bank responds with the listed below documents issued in the name of the initial/previous buyer as stated below: a) Product Passport (Quantity & Quality Dip Test Analysis Report) b) Certificate of Origin c) Clean-on-board ocean Bill of Lading d) Vessel Q88 Document e) E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival) Of Vessel f) Vessel (N.O.R) Notice of Readiness g) Ullage/Haulage Report h) Cargo Manifest

5) Within Three (3) Banking Days after the receipt of documents and confirmation, Buyer’s bank shall swift the Buyer’s Banking Instrument from ONLY TOP 100 BANKS OF THE WORLD(SBLC MT760/MT799 BLOCKED FUNDS) for the TOTAL COST OF THE CARGO, face value of xxxM USD that is Valid For 6months/1 year to Seller's fiduciary bank.(Buyer should kindly fill in the appropriate face value of his banking instrument in the corresponding places “marked” xxx).

6. Upon Seller receipt and confirmation of buyer’s issue instrument, Seller transfers the title to buyer's company's name and also re-issue all other outstanding documents to the potential/new buyer's company's name and send via swift from Seller bank the full proof of product to buyer’s bank.
a) Warranty of Title in new buyer’s name.
b) DTA- Dip Test Authorization & ATB- in new buyer’s name.
c) Clean-on-board ocean Bill of Lading-in new buyer’s name.
d) Vessel Q88 Document.
e) E.T.A. (Estimated Time of Arrival) Of Vessel.
f) Vessel (N.O.R) Notice of Readiness g) Declaration of ownership in new buyer’s name.

7. Seller orders for the vessel to be rerouted to buyer's desired port immediately.

8. Vessel arrives the discharge port and buyer carry's out the CIQ/SGS inspection and upon a successful inspection, Buyer pays by MT103/TT wire transfer for the full product to the Seller.

9. Buyer makes 100% payment by MT 103/TT wire transfer for the total product and all parties involved their commission within 48 hours.

10. Seller issues draft SPA to Buyer to review for R&E monthly deliveries.
The subsequent delivery shall commence according to the terms and conditions of the Contract, and mandates/intermediaries receive their commission according to monthly Deliveries by MT103/TT wire transfer on each monthly quantity.
