 03/28/2018 This library as at today 28th March, 2018 is without electricity, as a result, the fan or AC cannot be used. After asking and was told that there is generator but there's no fuel, I felt terribly sad. We should encourage readers in this country.  07/23/2016 Poor and rude customers service.
