Emotional Intelligence Certified Professional (EICP)

The training course is designed to provide participants with vital, in-depth information on emotional intelligence.

It will guide and provide trainees (entrepreneurs, organizations, corporations) with successful training tips to help them improve their businesses.

The offline version of the Emotional Intelligence Certified Professional (EICP) for 2026, which helps to optimize focus and decision-making drive, will hold from 21st to 24th July 2026 at Pause Factory, 19 Town Planning Way, Airtel bus stop, Ilupeju, Lagos, Nigeria. It is proudly organized by the Pause Factory.

The event will host local and internationally certified personnel and leaders who will lecture during the training program. Participants will include trainers, organizational development professionals, educators, coaches, psychologists, and others who would like to become Emotional Intelligence Certified Professionals (EICP).

The training packages will include 16 weeks of courses, 29 webinars, and e-learning modules, with a 2-in-1 certificate (Life Coach + EQ Coach).
