RoboRAVE Nigeria - Abuja

RoboRAVE Nigeria Abuja will feature robotics education and competition among the participating teams from local and international schools. There will be a series of training on how to build, program, and test robots.

It usually holds at Start-Rite School, Plot 1036 Adesoji Aderemi, National Assembly Quarters Gudu District in Abuja FCT, Nigeria, before the lockdown.

For 2 years now Roborave Nigeria has been focused on virtual events and the 2023 edition will be the first physical event again after the series of online editions since 2020. The date and venue are yet to be announced by the organisers.

This event is specifically designed for educators to learn how to build, program, and test robots on the same RoboRAVE challenges as school teams.

At this year's event in Abuja, 100 educators will be trained with certification. There will be playshops in 8 new states which include Enugu, Anambra, Bayelsa, Akwa Ibom, Rivers, Cross Rivers, Oyo state, and Osun State.

Expansively, there would be 5 RoboRALLY state-wide robotics events in Lagos, Abeokuta, Benin City, Uyo, and Kaduna in 2023

Participants in this event include educators and teachers from primary schools to post-secondary schools, it is necessary that every teacher participating should buy the conference kit in order to be able to show what he/she has been taught to the students in their respective schools at large.

The main key for this year's event is more educational support through technological insights for registered teachers all year, in particular, for all who register for any of the regional & national events.
