Big Brother Nigeria is part of Big Brother Africa, and season 11 of this reality show starts around July every year on TV (DSTV Channel 198, GOtv channel 29, and Showmax).
The application form for 2026 is now available, and auditions will take place from 22nd to 24th May 2026 in Lagos, Abuja, and Enugu. It is open to youths aged 21 and above.
The reality TV show is expected to last for 10 weeks (71 days), and participants are strictly Nigerians. After a series of auditions, 26 individuals/housemates were allowed to fully participate in the show. Each week, one person is evicted by a vote till the last man standing emerges.
The winner is expected to go home with 120 million Naira or more, split into a cash prize, a sponsored trip, a car, cash in bitcoins, a Bega digital wallet, and a two-bedroom apartment, as the case may be.
The show is expected to start sometime in July 2026 and end sometime in October 2026, when the winner of this year's edition will be announced.
The criteria for participant selection are that they must be over 21 years of age by June 1st, 2026, and have a valid international passport.
