African Conference on One Health & Biosecurity

Theme: "Maximising Benefits and understanding of synthetic biology and other energing biotechnology in Africa"

 African Conference on One Health & Biosecurity, previously African conference on emerging infectious diseases & biosecurity is an annual event for providing recommendations and establishing infrastructure and research capacity to respond to infections.

It is scheduled to hold on 1st - 3rd of November 2023 at The Civic Centre, Ozumba Mbadiwe Road, Opposite 1004, Victoria Island, Lagos, Nigeria, and it is organized by Global Emerging Pathogens Treatment Consortium (GET).

African conference on one health & biosecurity will feature expert training sessions, exhibitions by global brands and global experts as well as globally known speakers, and high participation from government administrators across the globe.

The event aims to discuss and make an impact on changing the climate on EID and Biosecurity in Africa, and identify regional and international opportunities for collaboration in EID and Biosecurity research.

It will also create an opportunity to present the latest breaking research activity and collaboration from deadly emerging infectious diseases, and discuss the rising insecurity.
