2-Day Design Thinking Fundamentals Course

The 2-Day Design Thinking Fundamentals Course is organised by Design Thinkers Academy and is expected to hold from the 13th - 14th of June 2023 at Radisson RED, Rosebank, Johannesburg, South Africa and it is a hybrid training.

The event will provide cognitive, strategic, and practical processes by which design concepts are developed by designers.

The aim of this event is to develop and deliver innovative ideas, change, and solutions to complex problems. It is an activity-based process with a strong emphasis on teamwork and co-creation.

This high-energy two-day course will give you a deeper level of understanding of the design thinking principles, mindset, and framework. The course is structured around a hands-on approach to enable 'learning-by-doing'.

The service design thinking tools that will be used during these two days include stakeholder mapping, value network mapping, personas, customer journey mapping (customer insights), service scenario mapping, job to be done, and prototyping.
