Kinetic and Vuka Group are the organisers of the CEM Africa Summit, previously known as Customer Experience World (CEW) the premier customer experience (CX) conference that will likely hold from 22nd - 23rd August 2024 at Century City Conference Centre, Cape Town, South Africa.
