The African Construction Expo

The African Construction Expo is an international event scheduled to be held in June 2026 at the Gallagher Convention Centre in Johannesburg, involving interactions between the construction industry across Southern Africa. The exact date has not yet been announced.

It will gather construction professionals from over 20 countries to provide a platform for business networking and learn.  

The forthcoming event edition will be introduced as part of The Big 5 portfolio of construction events, showcasing international exhibitors with the newest products and solutions.

It will create an avenue for exhibitors to showcase and promote their brands dedicated to the industries involved.

​More international exhibitors, a bigger floor plan, dedicated product sectors, hundreds of innovative products, an expanded building construction program, and a high-level summit led by industry experts.

Stakeholders of the event will include architects, concrete technologists, contractors, distributors and retailers, and real estate owners.
