This library as at today 28th March, 2018 is without electricity, as a result, the fan or AC cannot be used. After asking and was told that there is generator but there's no fuel, I felt terribly sad. We should encourage readers in this country.

Poor and rude customers service. Called to make inquiries but the Liberian rudely replied and claimed that I am disturbing her without given any attention to what I have to say.
