API Events is the organiser of Zambia's Property Forum (ZamReal 2023), scheduled to be held on April 9th, 2025, at the InterContinental Lusaka, an IHG Hotel, Haile Selassie Avenue, Lusaka, Lusaka Province, Zambia. 2026 Zambia's Property Forum was scheduled for April 2026; the exact date has not yet been announced.

ZamReal is a one-day forum centred around the Zambian Real Estate market. The conference features both local and regional high-caliber delegates, including developers, investors, ministers, financiers, and property professionals looking to expand their Zambian real estate businesses.
