Real Estate and Construction (Recon) Expo

The South-South's Premier Built Real Estate & Construction Expo Port Harcourt (Recon) The Port Harcourt RECON-EX 2026 is the most influential gathering of real estate, construction, and building industry stakeholders in the South-South region — converging local innovation with international expertise, and was hosted by PROPERTY TRADE LIMITED.

RECON Expo was scheduled to take place from 14th to 16th of May, 2026, at Obi Wali International Conference Center, Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria

It is organized by Shelter Aid Organization, West African Ceramics Ltd (Royal Ceramics), and the Abuja Chamber of Commerce and Industry (ACCI), with the support of private-sector organizations and a host of government bodies.

The event started in 2016 and was previously known as the Abuja Investment Expo, as participants have been demanding to know the industry it targets.

About the Exhibitions:

Recon Expo 2026 is designed to promote economic advancement and development across the country's housing, construction, and environmental sectors.

At this event, participants will have the opportunity to meet and network with more than 250 exhibitors and over 400,000 other participants from across Africa. 

Features of the event will include exhibitions and conferences on housing and construction; building materials and lighting; furniture; lands, urban planning, and safe environment; fittings and appliances, among others.

Who to attend:

This exhibition welcomes all real estate developers, builders, equipment/material suppliers, financiers/lenders, professionals, and other industry practitioners.
