Ado Ekiti Local Government Area is located in Ado Ekiti town with the area council covering the districts and villages of Ado-Ekiti,Ago Araromi, Ajebamidele, Amirin, Aso Ayegbule, Ategbado, Ernfun, Igim Okogo, Igirigiri, Ika, Ikewo, Ilokun, Iranse etc.

Efon Local Government Area is headquartered in Efon Alaiye town and the council area consists of 19 major towns and many villages which include Oro, Obake, Iwaji, Etisun, Abeta, Agboro, Aladura, Alagba, Mesan, Alawaye, Araromi, Ido-Ajegunle, Igbo-Aba etc.

Ekiti East Local Government Area has the headquarters located in Omuo-Ekiti, and the council area consist the towns, wards and villages of Ikun, Araromi, Eda, Ile, Isinbode,Eremiji, Igbole, Suru, Omuo Ekiti, Araromi, Ilasa, Isinbode and Oda-do.

Ekiti South West Local Government Area secretariat headquarters is located in Ilawe town, the area comprises of the towns of Igbara Odo, Ilawe & Ogotun wards of Igbara Odo I, Igbara Odo II, Ilawe III, Ilawe Iv, Ilawe V, Ilawe I, Ilawe II and others.

Ekiti West Local Government Area has its administrative headquarters in Aramoko with the area council comprising of the towns and villages of Ido Ajinare, Ikogosi, Ipole Iloro, Aramoko, Erinijiyan, Okemesi, Isokowa, Egede, Orokuta, Osemo, and Kajola

Emure doubles as a town and headquarters of the Local Government Area, comprising of the districts and villages of Oke Emure, Odo Emure, Ideimudu, Ogbontioro, Sasere, Owode, Owosi, Igboso, Ilu, Oge Oke, Seri, Oke Sett, Omaje Opticum, Ose, Owosand Agbanimu

Gbonyin or (Aiyekire) is a local government inEkiti state with its headquarters in Ode Ekiti, comprising of many towns & villages which include Ode, Agbado, Imesi, Aisegba,Egbe, Ijan, Iluomoba, Iro,Aba-Baale, Aba-Jioba, Ugboeku,Oke-Afa, Olorunda & others.

Ido/Osi Local Government Area is domiciled in Ekiti State with its headquarter in Ido town, the council area comprises of the towns and villages of Aaye, Usi, Ilogbo, Ido, Aiyetoro, Ilogbo, Osi Ekiti, Ifaki, Ipole, Obaji, Odo, Oba-Aladesusi & others.

Ijero as a town is also a Local Government Area Ekiti state with its headquarters located in Ijero Ekiti, comprising the districts and villages of Ekamarun, Ijero, Ikoro, Iloro, Ijunrin, Ipoti, Odo, Owa, Idao, Ilukuno, Iroko, Temidire, Abedi and others.

Ikere Local Government Area is one of the LGAs in Ekiti State consisting of towns, wards and villages of Okejegbende, Oniroba, Okeruku, Ugele/Aroku, Aso-Osolo, Atoka, Aba Igbira, Ugbo-oje, Ijao, Odose, Ogbonjana, Oke-Osun, Oyo, Are Araromi and Ugbo-Uro.

Irepodun/Ifelodun Local Government Area has its administrative headquarters in Igede town, comprising of the towns and villages of Igede-ekiti, Iyin-ekiti, Igbemo-ekiti, Awo-ekiti Afao, Are, Awo, Igbemo, Iropora / Esure / Eyio Iworoko and others.

Ise/Orun Local Government Area is headquartered in Ise Ekiti town, consisting of the major district and villages of Erinwa, Odo Ise, Oraye, Orun, Afolu, Agbe, Ajebamidele, Ajebamidele Ilofa,Ajegunle, Alabi, Alagbada, Araromi, Aratu, Aro, Arola and others.

Moba Local Government Area has its administrative headquarters in the town of Otun, and the ares consists of towns and villages of Otun Ekiti, Igogo Ekiti, Aaye-Oja, Osan Ekiti, Iro Ekiti, Irare Ekiti, Isaoye Ekiti, Ikosu Ekiti, Epe Ekiti, Ikun Ekiti etc.

Oye is a town and the headquarters of the Local Government Area comprising of the towns & villages of Ilafon, Ilemeso, Itapa, Osin, Omu Oke, Omu Odo, Ijelu, Oye, Ode, Ekiti Imesi, Ekiti Aba, Asua, Ajegunl, Aldejobi, Apata-Ajo, Ayelala, Elewuro & others.
